Office Assistant

Our office teams keep the financial engine of our dealerships running smoothly through organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.

We're looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support the daily administrative and accounting operations of our dealership. Working closely with the Office Controller and Office Manager, you'll assist with a variety of office functions that help ensure accurate processing, strong organization, and efficient day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive dealership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing and organizing dealership paperwork for vehicle sales and other transactions.
  • Support accounting and administrative functions including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management.
  • Help track titles, payoffs, money due, and other deal-related documentation.
  • Assist with balancing schedules, reconciling records, and maintaining accurate office files.
  • Provide support to the title and accounting departments as needed.
  • Answer questions from customers and internal team members regarding paperwork and documentation.
  • Cross-train across office positions to help provide coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
Compensation and Schedule
  • $23 per hour, paid weekly
  • Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm
Requirements
  • Automotive dealership office experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with confidential financial and personal information.
  • Proficiency with basic office technology and dealership management software preferred.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
