Currently, we are seeking a
Receptionist/Office Assistant
to help with the organization’s daily administrative operations and be the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks.

Specific Duties include but not limited to:

  • Answer phones; act as first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email; provide exceptional customer service; transfer to appropriate party when needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and maintenance, generating reports, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Assist Manager in daily scheduling of deliveries and shipments
  • Work in internal software system to create customer accounts and modify account data
  • Manage calendars including sending meeting notices, resolving calendar conflicts, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal departments regarding discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Serve as organizational point of contact for miscellaneous administrative activities

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role corporate office environment, with 2+ years of general customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn
