Job Overview
We are seeking a Seasonal Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support during our summer period. This temporary role offers hands‑on experience in a professional office environment while supporting day‑to‑day operations and departmental projects. The position is expected to run from June through August (or a similar seasonal timeframe based on business needs). Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
- Support team members with daily tasks and departmental needs.
- Assist with special projects and assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and organized documentation.
This is an individual contributor role.
Competencies – Skills- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
High school diploma required; some college or relevant experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schaumburg, IL. Position type: temporary seasonal role. Hours may vary depending on department. Travel is not expected. Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
