We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office. The role involves handling office coordination, documentation, vendor management, and providing general administrative support to internal teams and management. The ideal candidate should be efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office administrative activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange conference rooms.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support preparation of reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, services, and supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong proficiency in drafting and sending professional emails, ensuring clarity, tone appropriateness, and timely correspondence across stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
