Patrick Dealer Group is hiring! Are you ready to be the go-to expert who keeps a busy automotive service department running smoothly? Our Hyundai dealership is looking for a Parts Counterperson to support technicians, assist customers, and help maintain an efficient, well-organized parts operation.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year (based on experience).

Schedule:

Monday–Friday with Saturday rotations, 40 hours per week.

Shifts:

8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our Hyundai dealership team. This position plays a key role in supporting our service department, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by providing accurate parts information, efficient order processing, and exceptional service.

• Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries, orders, and pickups
• Identify correct parts using catalogs, diagrams, and dealership systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, stocking, and documentation
• Process invoices, returns, and warranty parts
• Support daily parts department operations and uphold dealership standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Hyundai or import brand experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with parts catalog systems and dealership software
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
