Rosati’s Pizza is seeking a full-time Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support and coach franchise owners while driving operational excellence, brand compliance, and profitability across the system. This integral role serves as a trusted partner to Owners and Operators for up to 50 stores, providing hands‑on guidance, accountability, and data-driven insights to improve performance and guest experience.

• Act as the primary operational support for assigned Rosati’s Pizza franchise locations
• Build strong relationships with Owners and Operators while holding them accountable to brand standards, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational reviews focused on food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance
• Analyze, manage and report key performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, and delivery performance
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Support implementation of new initiatives, LTOs, systems, and tools
• Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of promotions and programs
• Assist with training and development of franchise owners, managers, and store teams
• Communicate system updates and best practices clearly and consistently

• 4+ years of experience in restaurant operations, franchise support, or multi-unit management
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and food cost optimization
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive accountability
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using data and reports to guide decisions
• Located in the Chicagoland area, and able to travel regularly within assigned territories and the corporate office in Schaumburg, IL
• Pizza, QSR, or franchise experience strongly preferred
