Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 per year
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting payroll and hiring processes, managing office functions, and assisting with sales team KPIs and revenue operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure streamlined processes and effective communication.
- Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires across sales, operations, and warehouse teams.
- Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage the monthly budget for office supplies, expenses, and other operational costs.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Quick Books and API integrations to support financial and operational functions.
- Revenue Operations: Collaborate with the sales team to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales success.
- Hiring Support: Coordinate the hiring process for sales and outdoor sales positions, including scheduling interviews and managing recruitment logistics.
- Attendance and Supplies Management: Maintain office supply inventories and manage attendance tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Handle interview scheduling, office management tasks, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Proven experience in office management, operations, or a related role.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and tools (e.g., Quick Books).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with KPI tracking, revenue operations, and hiring processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office management tools and systems.
