wWe are looking for a Payroll Processing Specialis
t to support payroll operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for candidates with payroll processing experience who enjoy solving problems, assisting clients, and ensuring accurate payroll and tax processing

• sProcess and support employee payroll accurately and on time
• .Review timesheets, validate time records, and resolve payroll discrepancies
• .Assist clients with payroll, tax, benefits, and time & attendance inquiries
• .Configure payroll-related settings such as PTO, direct deposit, deductions, and benefit accruals
• .Research payroll issues and provide timely resolutions
• .Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities
• .Prepare reports, perform payroll adjustments, and maintain accurate documentation
• .Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure excellent service

• .Strong understanding of payroll processes and customer service
• .Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• .Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume call center environmen

• .Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• .Basic knowledge of payroll taxes and wage & hour regulations
• .Experience with payroll, HR, or time & attendance systems is a plus
