• Provide problem-solving and innovative ideas to support internal customers
• Identify cost and value opportunities through savings, efficiencies, and speed to market for critical suppliers
• Develop and lead holistic third-party strategies throughout the relationship lifecycle, including sourcing, contracting, and terminations
• Partner on negotiation strategy and execution for high-visibility contracting efforts
• Serve as primary point of contact for third parties
• Manage effective governance with assigned third parties
• Partner with internal risk groups to ensure third-party relationships comply with relevant policies and procedures
• Drive process improvements for sustainability
• Lead RFx strategy and execution to build leverage with GEICO suppliers and deliver favorable pricing and contract terms
• Ensure policy adherence for managed third-party relationships
• Plan and lead executive business reviews with key suppliers

• At least 5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, Process Management, or a combination
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies
• Proven track record of supplier strategy development and execution
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate contract issues to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors
• Experience with supplier management and procurement software solutions
• Experience with SaaS, AI, PaaS, on-premises, and other technology vendor management, including contracting and negotiation, is an advantage
• 4-year degree with Finance, Business Administration, or Supplier Management major is a desired qualification
