Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisory Professional to join our growing Insurance Transformation practice. This role focuses on partnering directly with insurance clients to shape strategic initiatives, solve complex business and technology challenges, and drive enterprise transformation across underwriting, claims, distribution, and policy administration.

Unlike traditional delivery roles, this is a highly consultative position requiring deep insurance domain expertise, exceptional client engagement skills, and the ability to influence senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with insurance clients to understand business objectives and develop strategic operational and technology solutions.
• Lead workshops and design-thinking sessions to develop future-state operating models and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Analyze business processes to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, workflows, and functional use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and data to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate change management activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Present project updates, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Stay current with insurance industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.

Required Qualifications:

Education

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree from a globally recognized Tier-1 university.

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience within the insurance industry in consulting, business analysis, project management, or advisory roles.
• Proven experience delivering transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, policy administration, risk management, or related insurance functions.
• Experience working with Tier-1 insurance carriers.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience with insurance technology platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, policy administration systems, billing platforms, and distribution management systems.
• Experience managing client relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
