We’re looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join our fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Supervise the project schedule to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
• Implement and enforce an on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
• Represent Builtech as the client’s primary on‑site contact.
• Consistently interface with owners, subcontractors and architects.
• Maintain daily communication with your project teammates.

Salary: $100,000‑135,000++ plus per diem.

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience with a resume of 3 to 5 successful projects

• Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel and Project) and Procore
• Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40‑pound loads at the same time
• Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of the jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching
• Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel when necessary
