• Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines, and goals.
• Assist with the on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
• Assist the project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, and related activities.
• Interface with owners, subcontractors, and architects.
• Maintain daily communication with your project teammates.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a construction‑related college degree (preferred).
• Limited travel may be required.
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (including Excel and Project) and preferably Procore.
• Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization.
• Must be able to lift/move materials up to 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
