Builtech is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.?
Responsibilities:?
* Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines and goals. ?
* Assist with the on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.?
* Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.?
* Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.?
* Assist project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc.?
* Includes interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.?
* Daily communication with your project teammates.?
Requirements:?

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a construction-related college degree is preferred ?
* Limited travel may be required. ?
* Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office (including Excel and Project) and preferably, Procore?
* Leadership skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization?
* Must be able to lift/move materials up to 40lbs in weight?
* Valid Driver?s License ?
