Job Description- Assist with cost tracking, budgeting, and monthly reporting
- Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control
- Support coordination with municipal owners, architects, and inspectors
- Assist with subcontractor buyout and change order processing
- Help manage schedules, closeout documentation, and project turnover

The Successful Applicant- 2-5 years of experience in commercial, institutional, or public construction
- Exposure to K12, municipal, or public building projects preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Stable pipeline of public-sector projects
- Clear path for advancement into a Project Manager role
