- Preparing and managing project / campus detailed schedules from initial planning through all construction phases, aligned with project milestones and program objectives
- Build and update schedules while maintaining accurate logic, dependencies, durations, and milestone dates
- Review all change orders and payment applications to ensure contract / schedule alignment
- Monitor and report critical path priorities to client management team
- Collaboration with site teams and client leads
- Prepare schedule updates, milestone reporting, and what-if analysis for project team
- Act as a primary contact for data center clients, ensuring all objectives are achieved
- Lead junior staff members and assist with their development
- Travel to client site / office as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of experience
- 5 years or more data center construction experience required or large-scale complex installations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Certification with AACE, PMI or CMAA is preferred.
