We are seeking a Producer to collaborate with creatives and account teams to ensure that all projects are produced on-time and on-budget. The producer will handle talent contracts and vendor relationships.

What you’ll do:

Pre-Production:
  • Manage communication and expectations between involved parties
  • Select location and obtain required permits and documentation
  • Work with Creative Director/Director to cast talent
  • Coordinate the acquisition of required props
  • Help coordinate meetings and ensure everyone fulfills their roles in a timely manner while keeping all parties well informed
  • Create and distribute required documentation before a shoot (call sheets, contact sheets, location notices, releases, dealership checklist, etc.)
  • Ensure all required pre-production creative directions are approved (storyboard, script, offers, shot list, etc.)
  • Work with the director to rent equipment that meets the budget and creative expectations
Production:
  • Manage shoot schedule and ensure everything stays within budget
  • Handle required documentation on set (call sheets, talent releases, location releases, filming notices, continuity logs, etc.)
  • Work with director and creative director to oversee wardrobe
  • Coordinate talent and props, ensuring they have a place to change, wait, do makeup, etc.
  • Handle and purchase craft services and crew meals throughout the day
  • Take notes relevant to shoot and post-production
  • Assist with equipment load-in, setup, and load-out when no production assistant is on site
  • Ensure all elements from the shoot are ingested
Post Production:
  • Fill out work orders and give to editors
  • Schedule and record chosen VO talent; find new VO talent if needed
  • Ensure all assets are obtained prior to editing (packaged art, VO, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of production experience in an advertising/marketing agency setting or production company
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to travel
