* 8+ years of leadership experience leading copywriters / providing copy direction
* Agency experience (in-house agency experience is a plus)
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss projects
* Experience utilizing a work management platform
* A BA or higher in English, Marketing or a related field
* A comprehensive online portfolio showcasing your strongest work, including examples relevant to email and direct mail
* Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite: including Word, Excel and Power Point
* Figma familiar, knowledge of collaborative work spaces
* Familiar with creative AI tools
* Proficient in AP Style and excellent command of English grammar
* Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
* Able to balance speed with precision and adapt to evolving priorities
