Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Support team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at written communication, and enjoys solving problems through research and collaboration.
This is not a high call‑volume position-this role is heavily centered around email communication, case management, and critical-thinking-based customer service.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide high-quality support to Account Managers and fleet drivers across a variety of customer needs.
+ Assist with vehicle ordering, service inquiries, and unique customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles), while educating drivers on processes and future requirements.
+ Research and resolve customer cases by identifying the root cause and developing solutions-often requiring creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
+ Collaborate extensively with multiple internal departments.
+ Communicate daily with internal and external customers via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone.
+ Manage a high volume of customer emails and cases using Salesforce CRM.
+ Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed.
+ Accurately enter and update customer data while multitasking during live conversations.
+ Utilize internal systems to complete tasks such as creating vehicle selectors, processing billing updates, generating reports, distributing insurance cards, and making driver data changes.
+ Reach out to drivers by phone or email to obtain missing information and ensure case completion.
Required Qualifications
+ 2+ years of office-based customer service experience
+ Strong written communication skills and excellent grammar
+ Proficiency in English with the ability to draft clear, professional responses
+ Strong computer aptitude and ability to navigate multiple databases and systems
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
+ Ability and willingness to learn new Excel skills as needed
+ Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM; typing test required)
+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Experience using Salesforce

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Position Purpose
+ Support customers by answering service-related questions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.
+ Manage high volumes of email and case-based communication while delivering exceptional service and follow-through.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
