About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who excels in email‑based support, case management, and problem‑solving. This role is heavily focused on email communication, research, and cross‑department collaboration rather than high call volume. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account managers with various fleet‑related customer needs.
  • Assist customers with issues such as vehicle orders, impound situations, and service inquiries.
  • Conduct detailed research to find solutions and think creatively when resolving problems.
  • Communicate frequently with internal departments using Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage a high volume of customer emails and Salesforce case tickets.
  • Make outbound follow‑up calls as needed.
  • Multi‑task by entering customer information while communicating with them.
  • Use Salesforce CRM for case tracking, customer follow‑ups, and documentation.
  • Utilize internal systems to:
    • Create vehicle selectors
    • Process billing updates
    • Generate reports
    • Distribute insurance cards
    • Update driver data
  • Contact drivers via phone or email to gather missing information.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of office‑based customer service experience.
  • Strong written communication skills and high‑quality email etiquette.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer systems.
  • Ability to work across multiple databases and dual monitors.
  • Basic Excel knowledge (and willingness to learn more).
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
