OverviewOf Role
- The Customer Service/Order Management Specialist role provides excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service to clients, customers, and internal sales departments. This role requires strong communication, problem solving and data entry skills.
- Hybrid; in office 2 days/week (Wednesday & Thursday) Schaumburg, IL
- Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 based on experience, qualifications, and skills

- Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service.
- Manage incoming orders and input into order entry system.
- Review orders for accuracy and completion.
- Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders.
- Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing.
- Work on a variety of web-based client systems.
- Communicate openly with clients, customers, and internal sales department to resolve inquiries.
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with Outlook
- Flexible with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent organizational skills with focus on detail
- Prior experience with a CPG broker/ manufacturer
- Prior experience supporting a sales team
