A well-established, family-owned manufacturer (~500 employees, ~$100M annual revenue) is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a team of CSRs.
Base Salary:
Up to $100,000
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (fully onsite)
- Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service team
- Driving customer satisfaction, order management, and issue resolution
- Partnering closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Operations
- Improving processes, systems, and overall customer experience
- Supporting major customers and distributors while helping solve complex business challenges
- Visible leadership role with direct impact on the organization
- Collaborative culture with cross‑functional exposure
- Opportunity to make meaningful process improvements
