Addison Group is hiring a full‑cycle Customer Service Representative on behalf of a stable and growing packaging organization. This role supports day‑to‑day customer interactions, order processing, pricing, and shipment coordination within a collaborative onsite environment.

This position is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle while serving as a key point of contact for customers. The role is largely email‑based with limited daily phone communication and works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

• Full cycle customer service
• Entering customer orders in SAP and Salesforce
• Continued communication with customers over phone and email
• Providing pricing, quotes, purchase orders, and checking available inventory in SAP
• Handling customer returns, tracking and tracing orders
• Following up on order statuses for customers
• Updating customers regarding their orders and delivery status
• Working in SAP and Salesforce and within Excel – updating order spreadsheets

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer service role supporting physical products
• Manufacturing or product‑based industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with CRM systems; ERP exposure such as SAP is a plus
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Schaumburg
• Training provided and hands‑on learning
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
