The Call Center Inbound Agent ensures every patient calling in for a dental appointment is greeted, listened to and scheduled in a compassionate, timely and professional manner. This position is our first impression between the company and the patients.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all patients calling in.
- Answer phone calls.
- Schedule appointments based on patients’ needs and providers’ availability.
- Assist in answering general inquiries from patients.
- Listen to patients while applying our processes and procedures.
- Look for solutions to patients’ challenges.
- Dependable and able to be on time.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Able to speak on the phone and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to recognize and be sensitive to patients’ emotions.
- Exceptional customer/patient service skills (customer/patient focused attitude).
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions.
- Accurately enter patient information, data, and records into system.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills – ability to maneuver within multiple computer systems at once.
- Prior experience with Denticon or similar scheduling system.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities.
- Prior customer service/call center experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a plus.

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

- 20 hours per week
