Field Service Install Coordinator

Mazak Corporation is looking for a Field Service Install Coordinator to join the Service team. This position will coordinate all aspects of new machine installations and large machine relocations. The role requires communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service support in accordance with corporate metrics and guidelines.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Proactively ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Review each machine acknowledgement, identify open ERs, accessories, and expedite as required.
• Research power, air, and other technical aspects of each machine to be installed and prepare pre-install customer checklist and associated documents.
• Organize customer pre-installation meeting and ensure resulting action list is completed by all stakeholders.
• Distribute pre-install checklist and obtain customer confirmation and sign-back.
• Track machine and option completion and any department delivery items.
• Coordinate with KY Traffic, customer, freight company, rigger, service team leader and applications.
• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and adhere to service management principles.
• Utilize excellent call center/customer relationship skills.
• Determine the need for specialty tools, lifting equipment, personnel lifts, etc., and ensure these items are available when Field Service Technicians arrive on site.
• In some regions this position may be combined with other roles such as Technology Center facilities administrator.

2‑Year Technical Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Project Management / High‑activity scheduling experience.
• Customer relations experience.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.

$60,000–$80,000 annually.
