ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding in a hybrid role working three days in the office and two days from home each week.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will provide the first interaction between small‑business clients and ADP's industry‑leading payroll and HR solutions after the sale. You will build strong client relationships, seamlessly implement ADP technologies, and ensure clients are set up for long‑term success. Your daily work will involve answering calls from the queue, following up on open items, and meeting new clients across different geographies and industries.
To thrive in this role you must be comfortable working in a metrics‑driven call center environment as part of a structured day. You should communicate clearly over the phone and in writing, build rapport, establish trust, and meet your client satisfaction scores confidently.
What You’ll Do- Onboard clients by creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
- Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
- Partner internally by collaborating with ADP associates in sales and customer service, sharing routine information with the client project team.
- Multi‑task and communicate by working on multiple time‑sensitive follow‑ups or projects simultaneously.
- Maintain a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls, including increased phone time during peak seasons.
- Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful.
- Must be willing to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
