Position: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Employee Benefits Brokerage
Staffmark -  - Responsibilities:
Act as a vital communication bridge resolving routine coverage questions and eligibility issues for English- and Spanish-speaking client employees;
Partner with Account Managers to handle census preparation for marketing or implementation, manage commission tracking, process invoicing, and assist in open enrollment meetings;
Assist in preparation of formal proposals and client-facing employee benefit booklets;
Process client eligibility requests (enrollments, terminations, plan changes) using carrier portals and internal systems;
Maintain an active record of client communications and account activities in the company system
