The GSR II completes guest registration, room assignments, blocking, check out, and accounting procedures. Provides efficient, gracious, and professional guest service.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree with emphasis in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members and department managers.
• Strong team spirit.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Strong computer/PC skills with Microsoft Excel experience a plus.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude.
• Adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Ability to work overnight shift 10 PM to 8 AM and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Strong math and basic accounting skills.

• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Good manual dexterity for use of common office equipment.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to read, count, and write in order to accurately complete documentation.
• Ability to communicate with employees and guests.
• Ability to process information through computer systems.
