Main Stay Suites Chicago is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, check them in and out, and manage reservations. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering outstanding service with honesty and integrity.
This role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and teamwork. Weekend shifts are included, with 7am–3pm coverage to ensure a smooth guest experience. We offer health and dental insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
