David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience in-store. The CSR will welcome customers, manage appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, reporting to the Store Manager.
Essential duties include greeting customers, managing flow with POS, and promoting alterations services while maintaining store standards.
