A rapidly growing global company in the finance industry is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its expanding team.
In this role, you will support Account Managers by responding to business clients’ inquiries, assisting with quote generation, and handling various document processing tasks. Responsibilities:- Support Account Managers by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer service requests, including policy changes and updates
- Review insurance documents for accuracy and completeness
- Set up and maintain audit, policy, and renewal files and folders
- Request and follow up on necessary information from insurance carriers
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Support Managers and Marketing Executives with new account onboarding
- Ensure accurate billing of premiums for policy transactions
- Escalate irregular or complex issues to the supervisor as needed
- Japanese bilingual proficiency required
- Prior clerical or administrative experience required
- B2B customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Willingness to obtain an industry‑specific license, with company support provided for the licensing process
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to visit client sites as needed (less than once a month)
