Job Description
We’re a growing residential remodeling company seeking a skilled Architect to create detailed architectural drawings + stunning 3D renders that wow clients and keep projects structurally sound.
You’ll handle load-bearing walls, structural changes, and code compliance with confidence while collaborating with our construction team to bring remodeling visions to life.
What You’ll Do:- Draft detailed residential remodeling plans and construction-ready drawings
- Create realistic 3D renderings for client presentations
- Ensure designs are practical, safe, and meet code requirements
- Work with our team to solve structural challenges during remodels
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years experience in residential remodeling architecture
- Must have architecture stamp
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools (Sketch Up, Lumion, or similar)
- Strong understanding of load-bearing walls and structural integrity in remodels
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and zoning laws
- Ability to produce both concept designs and fully detailed construction drawings
- Strong portfolio of residential remodeling work (drawings + renders)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
