SGF Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer (RF Product Integration, Test, and Regulatory) with 2+ years of experience to design automated test systems, develop automated test code, and validate infrastructure/networking RF products against system and regulatory requirements. This 100% onsite role in Schaumburg, IL operates Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, for a long‑term (6–12 months) engagement.
Responsibilities- Design automated RF test systems for infrastructure and networking products
- Develop automated test code (LabVIEW and/or Python) to execute RF validation
- Perform RF product testing to ensure compliance with system and regulatory requirements
- Utilize RF Automated Test Equipment (vector/network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, etc.)
- Interpret and apply regulatory standards (e.g., TIA-102, TIA-603, EN300-113, EN300-086, UL, CE) to test plans and results
- Document test procedures, results, and compliance evidence
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and drive product readiness
- Independently learn and adopt new RF technologies, tools, and test methodologies
- Plan, organize, and lead test activities in a fast‑paced environment
- Communicate findings and status effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of RF product test and regulatory experience (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of RF systems, including analog and digital modulations
- Familiarity with LabVIEW and Python for automated testing
- Experience using RF ATE: vector/network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, etc.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as TIA-102, TIA-603, EN300-113, EN300-086, UL, and CE
- Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Work schedule:
9am–5pm, Full Time;
Work location:
100% Onsite, Schaumburg, IL;
Long-term: 6–12 months
