Responsibilities
- Review integration documents
- Create detailed programming/commissioning plans
- Prepare show files and configure equipment at the warehouse
- Generate daily site reports with photos and progress notes
- Verify end-user workflows and desired functionality align with show file and equipment configurations
- Upload, verify, and revise pre-configurations for all networked equipment
- Execute full system QA, troubleshooting issues
- Approve rack work and overall integration prior to project hand-off
- Maintain accurate redlines and configuration files in the project archive
- Deliver owner training sessions covering creative workflows, operation, and maintenance
- Provide weekend or after-hours support as scheduled during critical milestones
- 2–3+ years of hands‑on AV system design and programming experience
- Proficiency with test and configuration equipment
- Working knowledge of Dante, AVB, PoE networking, and structured cabling best practices
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, one‑line schematics, and rack elevations
- Excellent written/verbal communication; disciplined documentation habits
- Meticulous attention to detail
