• 6+ years of experience in wastewater engineering and design

• Strong client relationships within Illinois municipalities or local agencies
• Proven ability to support or lead business development efforts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing mindset
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment while supporting regional projects
