Senior Associate – FDD Contracts, Closing Mechanisms

• Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
• Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through strategic advice and business diligence services
• Utilize financial modeling and forecasting techniques to inform client decision‑making
• Collaborate with clients on complex transactions and maximizing business value
• Conduct financial statement analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Develop insights and recommendations based on data interpretation and industry trends
• Manage deal management processes and contractual agreements to facilitate successful transactions
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to address client challenges
• Uphold professional and technical standards in client engagements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
  Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and modeling
• Analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
• Ability to navigate contractual agreements and closing mechanisms
• Experience or ability in business valuations and earnings quality assessments
• Industry trend analysis and market trend analysis
• Ability to embrace change and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
• Ability to travel up to 60%
