Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead corporate tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities across multiple jurisdictions. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency through technology and process improvements while ensuring adherence to tax legislation and company policies.

• Oversee corporate tax compliance, including data gathering, outsourced return preparation, and timely filings.
• Manage tax audits, correspondence, and quarterly estimates.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency.
• Handle corporate tax accounting and reporting, including provision calculations, reconciliations, and coordination with external auditors.
• Provide commercial tax advice, monitor legislative developments, and assess business impacts.
• Identify and mitigate regional tax risks while ensuring alignment with group tax strategy.
• Support ad-hoc tax projects and contribute to broader compliance with regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience in public or private industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax software (e.g., One Source, Corptax).
• Proven experience in tax project management and process improvement.

• Ability to work autonomously and build effective relationships across diverse teams.
• Strong communication and networking skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of driving change.
• High integrity, accuracy, and reliability under deadlines.
