Staffing & Transportation Coordinator; Skilled Nursing Facility

We are hiring a Staffing and Transportation Coordinator! This role will include the coordination of internal and external staffing resources, transportation and appointment services. Facilitates adequate and equitable staffing of the nursing areas of Briarwood and coordinates transportation arrangements for residents requiring clinic and medical appointments.

• Develop and manage monthly and daily nursing schedules
• Maintain staffing benchmarks and database via Apploi
• Process PTO, shift changes, absences, and attendance tracking
• Manage CNA float pool
• Assign buddies for new hires and verify competencies
• Maintain licensure, CPR, and training records

• Review daily time activity in Innova
• Process biweekly payroll for hourly nursing staff
• Document PTO, bonuses, and adjustments accurately

• Schedule and coordinate resident medical and therapy appointments
• Arrange transportation logistics and communicate updates
• Maintain transportation records and documentation

• Support Nursing Management with staffing needs
• Maintain logs and files (physician orders, training records)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years staffing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word; payroll systems preferred)
• Experience with scheduling and payroll systems (Inova/Apploi preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
