We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support recruitment for Sales, Corporate, and Commercial positions across the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career recruiter ready to grow, take ownership of full‑cycle recruiting, and contribute to strategic talent initiatives.
You will partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and business leaders to deliver a best‑in‑class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus
Primary Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Recruiting- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Sales, Corporate, and Commercial roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Source, attract, and evaluate qualified talent using creative and proactive sourcing methods, including social media, networking, job boards, employee referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and role alignment.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers, setting expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Draft and post job descriptions, maintain requisitions, and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS.
- Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers across the business, helping guide them through recruitment processes and talent market dynamics.
- Deliver a high‑touch, professional candidate experience with timely communication and follow‑through.
- Represent Rittal/EPLAN’s employer brand at all times, promoting our culture and values.
- Participate in and occasionally lead special projects that support Talent Acquisition initiatives (process improvement, employer branding, metrics, diversity sourcing, etc.).
- Act as an ATS super‑user: maintain accurate candidate records, track hiring progress, and assist with reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process, streamline workflows, and enhance candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Support early‑career and pipeline‑building efforts, including recruitment events as needed.
- Partner with the broader HR team to ensure seamless onboarding handoffs and a consistent talent experience.
- Comfortable working independently, but proactive in seeking guidance and asking questions when needed.
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field). Equivalent experience considered.
- 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, sales, or commercial functions.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems; comfort navigating multiple recruiting tools and technologies.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, think creatively, and bring forward new ideas to improve processes.
- Is early in their recruiting career but eager to grow and take ownership.
- Can work independently but sees value in mentorship and collaboration.
- Loves finding great talent and building strong professional relationships.
- Embraces change and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
