LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global technology firm based in Chicago, IL. The firm is seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, detail-oriented Contract Recruiter to support corporate hiring functions.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities- Recruit and manage pipelines for high?volume corporate roles, including classes of 12–15 hires per start group.
- Handle occasional one?off requisitions while managing ongoing high?volume cycles.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
- Screen, assess, and move candidates through the hiring pipeline with urgency and accuracy.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle.
- 2+ Years of Corporate Recruiting Experience
- Proven success managing fast?paced, high?volume requisition loads.
- Strong communication, organizational, and candidate?management skills.

Compensation: $32-34/hour.
