They are seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems. This role offers hands‑on exposure to HR operations, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our team and help support our day‑to‑day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s interested in payroll, benefits, and HR systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with our HR team and other departments to help keep everything running smoothly—from payroll prep to employee data updates.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Help prepare and process biweekly and semimonthly payroll, including reviewing data for accuracy
- Support payroll audits and help ensure everything is accurate and compliant
- Assist with employee benefits, including enrollments, updates, and changes
- Keep employee records up to date across HR and payroll systems
- Monitor HR inboxes, respond to questions, or direct requests to the right team member
- Enter and update information in HR systems and help generate reports
- Track employee changes like new hires, promotions, and departures
- Help identify and flag any data issues or discrepancies
- Support reporting, analytics, and performance‑related processes
- Provide general administrative support for HR programs and projects
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or related field is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or an administrative role (internships count!)
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) is helpful, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
