Since our start in 1962, we have built industry relationships on the foundation of trust and action. We turn information into insight. We convert insight into programs. We drive programs that consistently deliver results to our clients, on their timeline.
We have more than 300 associates and multiple offices throughout the country. We represent top brands in many categories such as confection, snack, grocery, beverage, frozen, dairy etc.
About the RoleThe Talent Success Specialist plays a hands-on role in keeping our talent processes running — from hiring and onboarding to compliance, performance cycles, and employee experience. You'll take real ownership of the day-to-day work across the employee lifecycle, reporting directly to a Talent Success Business Partner who sets direction on anything sensitive or judgment-based.
This is a strong fit for someone who has run a process or program from start to finish, in an administrative, operations, or coordination capacity, and is ready to bring that same reliability to the talent side of the business. Prior HR experience isn't required; what matters most is that you can own something end-to-end independently.
What You'll Do- Own full talent acquisition coordination; job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation.
- Run new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90-days, keeping records accurate along the way.
- Manage the logistics of employee relations matters, scheduling, documentation, and follow-through, under the direction of your Talent Success Business Partner.
- Keep recurring compliance work on track (required paperwork, acknowledgments, file audits) and resolve routine gaps directly with employees.
- Own the mechanics of the performance review cycle — timelines, reminders, and documentation tracking.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement programming, events, and celebrations.
- Be a go-to resource for employees' everyday Talent Success questions.
- Experience owning a process or project from start to finish — administrative coordination, office/operations management, or program administration all count.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep several moving pieces on track at once.
- Clear, professional communication with people at every level of the company.
- Good judgment about when to handle something yourself and when to bring it to your manager.
- A trustworthy approach to confidential information.
- HR experience is a plus, but not required — we're looking for proven ownership more than a specific background.
Salary Range: $53,000–$58,000
