- Plan, lead, direct, and coordinate human resources activities
- Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy
- Oversee designated Affiliate HR staff and report to the Regional HR Director
- Serve as a leadership team member and provide counsel on HR and people strategy
- Oversee HR activities across multiple affiliate locations, including strategic planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change and performance management, leadership development and coaching, and department communications
- Collaborate with the corporate compensation team on salary and pay rate reviews
- Partner with Regional Directors, Affiliate leaders, HR Business Partner, and Employee Relations Center of Excellence to resolve complex employee relations issues
- Develop and implement short- and long-term human resources plans
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs and partner with Talent Acquisition
- Support assimilation of newly acquired groups and onboarding of new practices
- Lead HR focus groups and workflow analysis
- Develop staff-retention action plans with affiliate leadership
- Partner with HR Operations on policies and procedures
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain knowledge of HR, talent management, employment law trends, regulatory changes, and technologies
- Communicate policy, practice, and resource changes to upper management
- Attend required Executive, Board, and Affiliate Physician meetings
- Conduct or participate in New Hire Orientation
- Participate in 401(k) management, meetings, concerns, and audits
- Collaborate with senior leadership on standardization across platforms
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Compliance with HR confidentiality standards
- Adherence to Solaris Health Code of Conduct and applicable policies and regulations
- Maintenance of patient information confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
- Timely completion of Annual Compliance Training
Demonstrates expertise in human resources management, including legal compliance, employee relations, and talent strategy implementation. Proficient in developing HR plans, leading teams, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.
