Job Description

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

• Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and advice to management on complex HR issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting.
• Lead recruitment efforts, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Participate in performance evaluation processes and manage employee performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions to meet organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry- strong ability to multitask across HR competencies.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS for efficient data management and reporting for C-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record in recruiting, including candidate screening and selection, employee and labor relations, compliance, payroll and benefits.
• Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to work one day 6am-3pm to handle HR questions from the varying shifts
