The Network Engineer ensures the stability and integrity of voice, data, video, and wireless networks. Responsibilities include installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, optimization, and troubleshooting of network systems, as well as providing user training when needed.

• Manage and configure the company’s network to meet business needs.
• Ensure continuous network uptime and performance.
• Maintain compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Provide network support and troubleshooting for users and teams.
• Oversee network projects, technical requirements, and vendor management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Deliver results and prioritize tasks to meet business goals.
• Maintain strong customer service focus in all interactions.
• Demonstrate leadership and initiative in managing network operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in network management, security tools, and relevant IT technologies.

• 3-5 years of experience in network management, including security and enterprise-level data networks.
• Proficient in networking hardware, routers, switches, firewalls, and scripting for system performance monitoring.
• Experience with Meraki switches and managing firewall policies and rules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
