Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior
-Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist to join our Customer Solutions Team. This role will focus on building intelligent dashboards, automating reporting workflows, and leveraging data insights to enhance decision-making for both internal stakeholders and external customers. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for innovation through data and technology solutions. This role designs and develops Business Intelligence and Analytics workflows and datasets to support high-impact customer facing solutions, new product development, business analytics, process efficiencies and automation.
This position does not directly supervise others but is responsible for driving results across cross functional teams and coaching on best use of models and processes.
- Build intelligent dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and leverage data insights to inform decision-making for internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Design and develop BI and Analytics workflows and datasets to support high-impact customer-facing solutions, new product development, business analytics, process efficiencies, and automation.
- Drive results across cross-functional teams and coach on best use of models and processes (no direct supervision).
Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually.
Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
