This role is hybrid 4 days a week in Schaumburg, IL
This is a confidential backfill for an IT Director / IT Manager to own day‑to‑day IT operations while serving as the technical bridge between business leadership and a long‑standing outsourced engineering team. This role oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity, internal systems, and workload management for external developers supporting a complex PHP/Linux platform. It’s a mix of hands‑on oversight, vendor management, and strategic leadership, not a pure coding role.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- 5+ years with the following:
- Linux
- AWS
- A background in IT
- Prior IT leadership experience
- PHP
