We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage and secure our network infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, implementing robust security measures, and driving continuous improvements to support business operations.
Job SummaryThis position reports to the Technical Services Manager and has primary responsibility for the administration of the network infrastructure and network security. It involves evaluating the current network infrastructure, maintaining all networking components to ensure optimal efficiency and performance, and recommending and implementing improvements. The role is also responsible for implementing and maintaining appropriate network security protocols, configurations, and processes to protect against internal and external threats.
The position typically involves regular shifts with weekends off and one day a week working remotely. It serves as an escalation point for on‑call technicians, with occasional off‑hour calls and after‑hours maintenance windows outside normal working hours.
