IT Project Manager, Systems Engineer
Technical Leadership & Solution Implementation
- Active Directory Stewardship:
Direct the architecture, security, and maintenance of the enterprise AD environment. - PKI Infrastructure:
Architect and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise PKI and RADIUS environments. - Directory Integrations:
Oversee complex integrations between AD and third-party systems. - Email Backbone Management:
Own the global SMTP relay infrastructure and email routing protocols. - Mail Flow Integrity:
Ensure high availability and security for cross-platform directory infrastructure.
- Lead the IT integration team in executing technical strategies to achieve key milestones aligned with business goals.
- Orchestrate timely and effective communication across all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Direct the end-to-end integration process, including employee onboarding into MSI systems, email migrations, and domain transitions.
- Utilize deep technical acumen to bridge the gap between IT and business units, guiding non-technical teams through seamless transitions.
- Lead and manage technical professionals and operational staff.
- Manage all aspects of people management: hiring, performance reviews, 1-on-1s, and career development.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
- Delegate and prioritize tasks across the team to balance new solution implementation with operational demands.
- At least 8-10 years of experience managing complex Active Directory environments, including expert knowledge of GPO, DNS, and Kerberos.
- Proven track record architecting Microsoft Certificate Services (ADCS).
- Understanding of SMTP relay, SPF/DKIM/DMARC protocols.
- Minimum 3+ years in a formal leadership or management role, with experience conducting performance reviews and managing a global or distributed team.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Shell for automation.
- Able to handle high-priority deadlines without letting the day-to-day AD operations slip.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience managing IT environments.
- 3+ years in a formal leadership or management role, with experience conducting performance reviews and managing a global or distributed team.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
