Responsibilities:

• WISMO automation — NLP classification of inbound customer inquiries
• Track & trace — exception alerting and data pipeline development
• Document processing — OCR extraction and accuracy benchmarking
• Cross‑border intelligence — anomaly detection and reporting automation

Who we’re looking for:

• Rising junior or senior in Data Science, Computer Science, or Applied Math
• Python proficiency required
• At least one ML or data course completed
• Comfortable with real, messy, production data
• Available June–August, hybrid (Chicago‑area preferred)

Base salary range for this role is $15 – $21 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
