Job Details

The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of mission-critical software systems. This role oversees all aspects of testing-from strategy and planning to automation and execution-while ensuring that the QA team delivers exceptional results across multiple projects and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and standards for software QA processes.
• Manage a hybrid team of QA engineers performing manual and automated testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, and Dev Ops teams.
• Ensure testing coverage across APIs, web applications, and system integrations.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Track, document, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Conduct quality reviews, audits, and retrospectives to improve QA performance.
• Mentor QA team members and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company security, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with API and performance testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
